Dr. Benjamin Bikman is a distinguished scientist and professor at Brigham Young University. He earned his Ph.D. in Bioenergetics and further refined his expertise as a postdoctoral fellow at the Duke-National University of Singapore. His pioneering research focuses on the role of elevated insulin and nutrient metabolism in regulating obesity, diabetes, and dementia. Dr. Bikman is also the author of the bestselling books Why We Get Sick and How Not to Get Sick, and is a prolific academic author, contributing extensively to scientific literature on metabolic health.
