Social Media Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Craft and execute innovative social media strategies that align with our brand’s vision, objectives, and tone of voice.
- Collaboration: Partner with Brand, Technology, and Product teams to develop and execute social media campaigns that complement major product launches and promotional events.
- Content Management: Organize and oversee an effective social media calendar. Schedule and post content across various channels including Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Content Oversight: Coordinate with our internal video editors and graphic designers. Ensure the content aligns with your strategic vision for each social media platform.
- Campaign Management: Lead User-Generated Content (UGC) and influencer campaigns on our social media to enhance engagement and conversions.
- Community Engagement: Supervise all aspects of community management across all social media platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor, evaluate, and report on social media performance, providing insights on a weekly and monthly basis.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in social media channel management, preferably for a brand.
- Innovative Leadership: Ability to elevate our social media presence with creative and forward-thinking strategies.

- Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in basic editing and content creation using tools such as social media apps, Canva, CapCut, or similar.
- Copywriting Expertise: Skilled in crafting compelling copy for various platforms, from engaging hooks to effective storytelling techniques.
Salary Range
- $60k–80k USD
